Description:  On a rainy 4th of July, L523, lead by CN 9515 (GP40-2LW) and IC 9564 (GP38-2), passes the FOXY yard in Appleton, WI. An interesting note is that CN 9515 lead the last CN train out of Appleton yard before the FOXY took over earlier this year.
