The MKT applied the herald for subsidiary Oklahoma Kansas Texas (OKT) to several locomotives in the 1980s. This one is on GP39-2 390, a former Kennecott Copper unit still in yellow paint.

MKT GP39-2 380. A former Kennecott Copper unit built with high cab, which was lowered to normal position prior to sale to the Katy; note the darker paint behind the cab where the original steps were. It's still in KCC yellow and wears a very small OKKT herald below the cab.

Katy grain
Description:
In the summer of 1988 business allowed me to make my third annual "last chance to shoot Katy" trip; this time I went to central Texas, where I found this train, pulling grain south at Elgin Tx, a point on the MKT main due east of Austin. The lead unit is one of the former Kennecott GP39-2s. It was about this time my companion told me I was standing on a fire ant mound- but that's another story.
