Description:  A New Orleans Public Belt Railway train on its way from Cotton Warehouse Yard in New Orleans to CN's Mays Yard in Metairie with about 60 cars died right in front of East Bridge Tower. A CN crew and locomotive came to drag the train into Mays Yard. This delay tied up the interlocking for about an hour; one UP train bound for the Norfolk Southern had to wait on the bridge for more than an hour.
