| This is the north wye switch and now the only switch at Aberdeen JCT. This track used to go 106 miles out to Aberdeen, MS. This track was abandoned between Kosciusko and Ackerman in 1981 and sold between Ackerman and Aberdeen in 1986. The IC kept the first 20 mile portion to Kosciusko until they sold it to the state of Mississippi in 1997. The Kosciusko & Southwestern Railway has been operating this branch ever since.
