| Built by EMD in August of 1951 originally as DLW #953, the loco was renumbered after the Erie Lackawanna merger to EL 1272. When the loco moved over to the Conrail roster, it was renumbered CR 5987. Final disposition is unknown. No photographer, date or location was listed for the photo. Does anyone recognize this yard and engine shop? It looks familiar to me but I just can't pull the location out of my memory yet. |
