Northeast Regional 173 fly's by PR-3 on its way to Arnold Lumber         
At about 1:10 in the afternoon I was expecting Northeast Regional # 173 to fly by my spot, and i got a little surprise. PR-3 showed up race'ing 173 to kingston why 173 was getting passengers PR-3 would pickup a flat car.
