| A pair of Amtrak F40PHs run a special train up the Steven's Pass line early in December 1988. The extra train is full of shoppers headed for Leavenworth to do Christmas shopping as well as a fair amount of people who just wanted to take a pleasant winter train trip through the mountains in daylight. |
