Some early morning sun hits the Capitol Limited as it passes along Water Street in Connellsville. This engine in Phase I heritage paint made its first debut on 3/16/11. Here the train is more than an hour and a half late, putting the late Amtrak rules of CSXs National Gateway Project into effect. It quickly stopped and dropped off passengers and did not do a pickup. What a way to run a passenger train. |
