| CP 9022, one of only two to get the Dual Flag scheme-the other was CP 9000, sits at the north end of East Binghamton. Trailing unit 5421 is a former KCS unit. Also notable, a solid 4 unit set of Dual Flag units. The power will shortly back down onto train 413 and head north. |
