Chuck Zeiler	General	I'm no authority on this subject, but it appears that the 212 was built new for the Manufacturers Railway (Anheuser Busch Brewing's railroad) in August 1951 (c/n 78835). After the renovation of Saint Louis Union Station (around 1985) the station became the home base of RailCruise America, as well as a private car park, and MRS 211 and 212 were used as station switchers. I don't know anything about the financial arrangement (borrowed, leased, or purchased) between MRS at Saint Louis Union Station regarding the use of the switchers. Manufacturers paint scheme was borrowed by RailCruise for their dinner train, which has since been discontinued, and the equipment was sold to the KCS.	2/28/2012 10:19:30 AM

St Louis Union Station #212 - 1 of 7
Enroute to Grafton & Upton, this loco was set off, I believe at Brimfield on B&A with a hotbnx. Why lettered for St. Louis? Was this a display when station was redicated?
