NS 11A Great Consist!         
NS 11A which includes NS Conrail Heritage Locomotive, which is being towed to Conway to be placed into service. Consist is extremely underpowered. NS 11A made it to MP 240 and came to a stop. Helper sets had to be added to the front and rear to get it over the Eastern Slope.
