| By Opa-locka Blvd with the two trash-8s and an empty rock train from Tampa. This was reportedly the second empty into South Florida today and the third rock train in the last 24 hours. I'd say either a result of Isaac or actually better business. The size of this train and the NB loads being K996 sound promising as it is. |
