| A northbound CNW train on the DM&E. This train is detouring on the former M&StL between Albert Lea and Waseca due to a derailment on the Spine Line. At Waseca the train will head west to Mankato on the former Alco Line and then turn north on the old Omaha to the Twin Cities. This was the second C&NW detour train I witnessed using this route while I worked for the DM&E at Waseca from 1990 thru 1993. |
