The last surviving GE 70 Tonner used on the Springfield-Marcola logging line which i have several pictures of what remains of it in another album. The 70 tonners were used on the line due to the Mckenzie River (Hayden) Bridge in Springfield, which is Oregon's oldest railroad bridge and still stands. Much thanks to Mr. Samuels. |
