This 1922 Baldwin class L2A-55 Mikado type locomotive also has the Vanderbilt style tender. This rugged loco had 63" drivers and developed a respectable boiler pressure of 200 psi. After serving as major freight haulers during WWII, they finished their days as pushers in the Cumberland Mountains. |
