| Getting trains into the Belmont spur was a simple process. A train was run out track 4 from Hall tower at Jamaica, and lined down the spur. One switch and done. Getting a train off the spur was another matter, since a train had to be crossed over the entire plant to get to track 1, though sometimes trains would use inside track 3 to Jamaica. This westbound has the whole place blocked as it makes its move through Queens. |
