BUOI and OIBU, though they were through trains, did switch customers at locations not served by locals, mostly on the Delaware Division. This BUOI is working at a feed mill in Arkport in the snow, which must have been a delight for the ground man. I can't help picturing a set of EL GP 7's handling this task. |
