The eastbound St. Paul Turn waits south of Cedar Lake Parkway for a green signal on a gorgeous September Saturday morning. The train is waiting in the southern end of the "bottleneck" which stretches between Cedar Lake and Lake Street along the Kenilworth Corridor, which has been a bone of contention in the "relocate freight rail/co-located freight rail with LRT" debate. |
