One of Steamtown's four Consolidations, this locomotive was built by Alco's Cooke Works in 1920 for an operation in Cuba. Various complications prevented delivery and the engine was regauged and sold to upstate New York shortline Lowville & Beaver River Railroad. Acquired by F. Nelson Blount for the Steamtown collection in 1963. |
