| CN local shoves a pair of covered hoppers toward Kimberly-Clark’s Neenah Nonwovens Facility via former C&NW rails on the edge of the former SOO yard at Neenah, WI on 24 Aug. '15. I wasn't sure if this facility still received rail service, this is the first time I've seen cars being spotted here. In Mar. '06 K-C announced they would close or sell the facility by the end of the year. I guess they changed their mind. |
