| BUOI is stopped at the office in Binghamton, adjacent to the old Erie freight house. I took the opportunity to get a shot of a rare unit on the Tier, C32-8 6611. These units were almost exclusive to the River and Boston Lines, as they were based out of Selkirk. This one got to Oak Island and strayed. |
