CN 120 at Windsor Jct.         
2 hours earlier, Windsor Jct. had been socked in by the fog too, but it has mostly dissipated by now as 120 (with an Illinois Central leader) blasts through. Buried near the end of the train is DPU SD;0M-2 8923.
