| Here is another B&O shops rebuilt 0-8-0 done between 1923-29 from original 1904 Alco 2-8-0 Consolidation. The entire L-1 and L1a class was retired by 1959. No photographer, location or exact date given for the photo but with a PRR GG1 in the background, I am assuming 1940's. |
