Metrolink F125 925 sits in BNSFs Barstow Yard after mistakenly being routed by BNSF to Washington State and then south to Southern California to Barstow & then back west to Los Angeles. Unfortunately the Engine was later sent back to Muncie IN after suffering a Freeze Damaged Engine. But as of March 2020 the engine has since returned and is now hauling Commuter Trains by itself. Also this wasn't the only passenger engine in Barstow Yard at the time, as there was also a Primer Gray F40 in the Yard too headed for the Grand Canyon Railway but was behind freight cars |
