| The Class 511 is a four- or six car double deck train, which are called "Regio-Dosto" by the SBB. They belong to the KISS product range of the Swiss manufacturer Stadler Rail. In the US they were selected for San Francisco – San Jose line. Caltrain has sixteen KISS trains on order that entered revenue earning recently. The electrification works performed by Balfour Beatty started in July 2017. |
