Signal Aspect Medium Approach
Eastbound(north) signal displaying Aspect Medium Approach-Steady Red over Steady Yellow/or Amber over Steady Red, Name- Medium Approach Indication -Proceed prepared to stop at the next signal. Trains exceeding Medium Speed must begin reduction to Medium speed as soon as the engine passes the Approach Signal. re NORAC RULE 286. NORAC= Northeast Operating Rules Advisory Committee. Note this aspect can also be displayed Steady red over Flashing Yellow if two signals head are on a signal mast. 70-300mm zoom lens used.
