A Long L523          
IC 9563 (GP38-2) and CN 9515 (GP40-2LW) lead a unusually long northbound L523 along the main at Strobe Siding in Fox Crossing, WI. I believe the length is due to interchange traffic bound for the FOXY at the former CNW/CN yard in Appleton yard.
