| After 12 freight and tank wagons from DB Cargo and GATX were equipped with coupling prototypes from various manufacturers in the first step, an extensive test program with the couplings was started in October 2021. Each coupling undergoes 440 individual tests, ranging from coupling tests at different speeds to tests in the climate chamber. |
