Eastbound Union Pacific train I-CIAT (Intermodal from City of Industry to Atlanta) was on the Norfolk Southern at EAST CITY JUNCTION in New Orleans. It was powered by SD70M 4728, SD60 2155 and SD40-2 3240, and was on its way from the UP to the CSX. The track on the right is the beginning of the ST. LOUIS STREET LINE, which was once the main line to the Southern Railway’s TERMINAL STATION on Basin Street at Canal Street, while the construction on the left was for the First Baptist Church, which was being built on former railroad property.
