Here is a photo of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5244, a B-6SB (0-6-0) switcher built in Juniata during February of 1916 and retired on 15 July 1959 after 43 years of faithful service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. It's the last active PRR steam locomotive! Williams Collection. |
