CRI&P 104 and Tower in 1964  Contributor's Pick!       
Second unit is most probably 104B and third is an Alco FA1. The diamonds are with the GM&O and Santa Fe. Today the number of diamonds is reduced from 16 to four because the Rock's tracks (now Metra) have been reduced to one.

L Beckman General Ron - I've heard the Rock called a lot of things, but never a REGIONAL railroad. Their Official Guide listing said "Serves 14 Western States!" I believe that their Twin Star Rocket was the longest mileage run of any train in the United States. And their Choctaw Rocket was the longest mileage run of any RDC!
